"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Found this place a great hotel for my solo stay in Tignes. Service was excellent and friendly and amenities including a ski locker and tons of hot water very good indeed. "

Le dépôt de pain à la réception est très pratique. Petit bémol : les ascenseurs sont pris d'assaut aux heures de pointe, et les services supplémentaires sont un peu chers (parking, early check-in)"

"Excellent apartment and great location. We had a great stay… but the Wifi was non existent…. You get two logins for each apartment and it is extremely slow. Put bluntly… not usable. Also mobile data is not possible. The building seems to be located in a dark spot for all networks."

"The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic! "
