We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. "Room was clean and comfortable! The amenities were great! Quiet with no issues! The bagels and English muffins on the breakfast bar were rock hard and definitely not fresh. Other wise everything was great! We will definitely be back!"
