"Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. "

"They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room. Front desk in particular one gentlemen is terrible. Although they gave me a voucher for dinner and breakfast (however had already paid for breakfast) they have issues picking up the phone when you call down. They didn’t provide me with a WiFi password of amenities as I heard others that were checking getting told everything. Overall disappointing for a hotel in downtown Cincy. "

"When we checked in our A/C was out and it was 85 degrees in our room. Staff was very quick and efficient with immediately moving us to a new upgraded room. We received a grocery delivery while we were there and the front desk had it brought to our door before I even knew the order had been delivered. We always enjoy our stay at the Westin. Perfectly located for ballgames and the staff is top notch "
