"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"I didn't stay at that hotel i had to leave right after i check in. First of all they couldn't located my reservation, Even thought i gave them the confirmation number, The place was not secure for me to stay, The room was very hot, they gave me a fan but the fan was blowing hot air, the A/C system in that room was off and could not turn on. The hotel location was hard to find, i was not happy at all I will not recommend any of my friends to this place"
