"Stayed one night with almost full satisfaction. The room is very new, clean and well laid out with great lake view. The staffs were very friendly. One minor issue was that a staff knocked my door around midnight just to explain why 30 yuan would be charged for wifi. This could have been done at more convenient time."

"The full charge (268 CNY) was deducted (or closed) from my credit card when the booking was confirmed. When we have arrived I had to pay additional 500! When I wanted to clerify with the stuff why, they refused to talk to me, just talked with my girlfriend (she is Chinese). 10 minutes later I went back to the cashier to ask again. Then suddenly somebody was able to speak English... I have no idea whether I will got my money back or not... Anyway the room was so-so, maybe 10 years ago it was nice...

"电梯很慢，平稳度欠佳，四楼健身房外围走廊充满烟味，应该是有一个茶室内的人，一边吸烟一边打牌，没有任何人管理，五楼自助餐的火锅牛肉片质量欠佳，不是现切，打扫碗碟的服务生总会推着食物垃圾车在你身边走过，味道难闻，服务本身要考虑的是客户是否方便，而不是自己工作怎么省事儿！"
