The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available". No apology or any explanation. The room was extremely small and sparse. Bed with 2 small nightstands and a wall closet. No chairs to sit on or...
