"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"

Temperature below normal, due to close to river.
So in general good, except one tiny woman in reception that obviosly didn't
attend any service excellence lessons."
