"This is actually not a HOTEL!"

"We came to the hotel at 2 p.m, Which was exactly the time for check in. They ask us to wait while the room will be ready and we had wait more then 1 hour. But when we came to the room, we found that it was freezing cold, we realized the heater wasnt working (the temperature outside was -13). We called to reception and asked for help, about 1 hour later the maintenance man came to fix the problem, but the heater still wasnt working. So over the next 2 hour's he returned to our room 3 times, but...
