"Nice property. Very helpful staff. Pillows are a bit hard, but overall good. Hot water good. Air worked. Entertainment clubs not so much entertaining. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Restaurant not really hopping to serve at other times. Went next door to Iranian restaurant. Close to the beach drive. Good spa services. Hotel has character. Polite staff."

"The place with very dirty. I have to clean and vacuum myself, trying to get a hold of the recipient for more than 15 minutes at the time for them to answer, take me 3 days that i can get what i need from towels and water, the water doesn't run in the sink and bathtub, blood on the bed and sheets,way too many issues to say it all."

"It's directly connected to the Fujairah Mall on the 1st floor (the mall is mostly food courts and a hypermarket, only one real restaurant). The hotel was fine for one night, though cleaning and checkin experience could have been better. Pretty good location."
