"We had a good time at the property. Spent most of our time on excursions, food and beverage was expensive as is throughout French Polynesia. Their mixed drinks were very questionable and very expensive. I’m sure they did not know how to actually make them."

"Lots of construction going on so days were noisy. The elevator didnt work and our room was on the 3rd floor. It wouldve been nice if some compensation was offered. Pool was perfect. Food lacked imagination. When we needed to have a late check out time we were charged so I mentioned the broken elevator and then was offered a smaller fee to pay. This is a beautiful spot and lovely hotel but falls short of luxurious. We were told by a tour guide of the islands struggle after Covid so some of the...

"All the workers do a great job. From the beginning at the reception desk, the people at the restaurant and bars, the house keeping, people at the pool, everybody very kind and all the areas very clean. BUT, the rooms need urgently be renewed. The furniture and deco are beautiful but all and not in good condition. Our room smelled very musty when we got in. It was very clean but old."
