"We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience. What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal."

Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. "Our room was clean but the heater was not working under negative 1 and snowing. No one was in the property to help us fix the issue. No one answers nor return the calls we made. Zero customer service. "
