"The house was beautiful. We did have to drive for any dining options or grocery stores but it was worth it. The size of the house was nice, the views were amazing, the amenities and the bathroom were perfect. The only downside was that use of the hot tub was an extra $200 usd which seems like a lot for something that should be included with the house."

"This is a very unique and beautiful stay. It is a steep walk down a few steps to the boathouse and is a little tight with luggage. The washer and dryer are below the boathouse and accessible through a trapdoor and down a small ladder- it's fun to go down to. The shower is very small and you will be unable to stand upright in it- you just gotta sit to shower. Despite the few quirks, we absolutely loved this boathouse stay. "So glad I booked this location as opposed to the larger towns and cities. Amazing view of the Marina and surrounding town. Small grocery nearby. I would recommend hiring a car, which we did if you stay here as the area is very remote, but there are public buses near by if you chose not to hire a car. The beauty is amazing, also about 10 kilometers away is the town of Klasavik which has plenty of restaurants. The Northern Islands are the most beautiful and this location is in the heart of them."

"We spent one night in this house. The decoration is cute and the simple design feels very cozy. The smart TV was a nice touch and we appreciated having it.
However, the ventilation was not ideal. The house only had a rooftop window, and the heating system made the space feel uncomfortably warm and stuffy. Even after turning off the heater, there was still heat coming from somewhere, so we had to keep the door open to create enough airflow to reach a comfortable temperature for resting.

"Do yourself a favor and stay here, you wont regret it! The location is incredible and the cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The sleeping loft area has typically low ceilings, but that just adds to its charm. The kitchen is well stocked and the property owner came by to chat and give recommendations on places to hike and eat. This was my favorite place in the Faroe Islands to stay. I hope to return again soon. "
