"Even though it was only 23.20 there was no reception open or number to call. The automated check in screen was experiencing technical failure so we couldn't get in or check in. We returned the next day and were told a refund would be routine. We have contacted Expedia many times for over 2 months: we have not received a refund or an engaged response. I've never had such a chaotic experience of a major company. Avoid the hotel. Avoid Expedia."
