Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. "Shuttle was seamless, staff friendly, room large with very comfortable bed and small balcony.
Whole hotel is a little tired. A lot of city noise through the night, to be expected in the city centre. Addis doesnt see many English speaking guests so there can be misunderstanding due to the language barrier. All staff trued to speak Englush but it is not their first language. All in all a great location and exceptional value stay "
