"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. "I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."
