"The location of the hotel is amazing and we had a great view from our window. However, so often itā€™s about the small details as to whether the stay is amazing or average. We had 2 bad experiences at breakfast. Firstly, we had breakfast included and paid for but my wife wanted a kipper so we paid a Ā£3.00 supplement. However what she got was a small kipper you could buy from a supermarket in a sealed packet rather than a fresh kipper. So disappointing. And then this morning I had to ask twice for English mustard as it wasnā€™t with the other sauces and eventually turned up once I had finished. Small details make a big difference to my overall experience."
