"The room is very small, with TV and lights working properly. There was no soap in the bathroom, only empty dispenser. The stay was manageable and staff was accommodating."

"The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with outdoor pool and spa facilities which looked excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked but the hotel did advise me, my only comment would be though that there was no kettle to allow you to make a drink in your room which was disappointing especially when you was not dining in the restaurant, it would be sensible to offer one even if not in each room"

"Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again."

"A wonderfull hotel in every respect. Fabulous room, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were all professional and helpful. The restaurant service high-quality food with an interesting menue. Services prompt. Plenty of choice for a great breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"Nous avons séjourné une nuit, de passage. Je cherchais pas cher et de confort acceptable. Du coup, par rapport à ma recherche, c'était parfait! Si vous voulez un palace ou de grand confort, allez ailleurs. Mais ...cet hôtel était vraiment comme nous voulions : prix imbattable, personnel très agréable, les lits étaient confortables et l'hôtel super calme. Du coup, nous étions contents. Sinon : chambres plutôt petites et sans modernité ou décorations. Simplissimes mais fonctionnelles. Voilà ! "

"We have a great 3 night stay. The receptionists were very pleasant and spoke English as well. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch, with many options available. It's also surrounded by restaurants and close to a shopping mall. Would book a room here again for future visits to Avignon."
