"GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE The property is centrally located and relatively new. The reception counter and most of the guest rooms are in the multistoried building near the entrance gate. The next building houses a large banquet hall. There is a landscaped garden beyond that, dotted with cottage suites, restaurants and the bar. A new block is under construction, which will substantially increase the number of guest rooms. "Excellent service- helpful staff! Efficiently appointed rooms but management needs to upgrade the bed mattresses to firmer ones (medium firm or firm), as the current mattresses ( stayed in two separate rooms within the week) is annoyingly soft. "

"This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent."
