"The room cleaning was awful. The staff at the bars are very slow and inattentive. The 24/7 bar has terrible service. Otherwise, the food and hotel amenities were all very good."

"The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed. "

He worked on Friday and Saturday afternoon. He was extremely helpful and kind. Also, Shavon at the restaurant outside was extremely kind. Oh yeah, also the check in guy, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He worked Friday at roughly 3pm - I cant remember his name. The property was also very well maintained. "
