The receptionists were very pleasant and able to hold our bags until the official check in time (and even after checkout while waiting for our late departure from the city). "Really lovely, helpful staff, particularly in the atrium bar. Comfortable beds, very quiet, so a good nights sleep. Lighting in rooms not very good, rooms a bit dark with the dark brown wooden furniture which was a bit tired. Fantastic breakfast, great selection and beautifully cooked."
