"Hotels.com and Fatmols is a HUGE SCAM. I made my reservation in advance, but when I arrived my reservation did not appear, I had to pay again and HOTELS.com and FATMOLS did not recognize the refund. I paid double and they gave me a room without internet and with only one TV channel. "

"There was no electricity most of the time no internet coverage as advertised, we had to ask for electricity to be turned on when ever we wanted to shower or use the toilet. Rooms needs renovation and bathroom. The staff was brilliant and very respectful. "
