"Our recent stay at this peaceful oasis in Colombo was nothing short of delightful. "We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. "

"Best hotel and service I’ve ever received. The Ishq, and Asanga, as the staff servicing my trip, were incredible. I cancelled other hotels to come back to stay at the Ishq due to its service and staff. Nicest hotel in Colombo and the best staff! "

"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...

"The apartment was great, and overall the stay was good, but when I arrived, there was still menstruation trash in my bathroom from the prior guest which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. "

"I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at a hotel in Colombo. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly responsive, addressing all inquiries promptly and professionally. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Lotus Tower, which added a special touch to the overall ambiance. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind.
