"My poor rating was due to the noise level of the air conditioner. It would make a very loud click sound when it turned on and off. It would turn on and off every few minutes. Finally I go down to the front desk at midnight and they offered to switch rooms, but there wasn’t a guarantee that the AC wouldn’t have the same issue. They’ve had many complaints before. It was very concerning that I was going to be driving 9 hrs the next day with maybe 3 hrs of sleep."

"Hot Tub, Pool, Breakfast, Room, and Staff were all excellent."

"This hotel is in a great location—everything you need, from restaurants to shopping and entertainment, is just a short distance away. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, there was one front desk employee who had a noticeably poor attitude when we asked for extra towels, which was disappointing. Housekeeping isn’t provided daily, which may be something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. On a positive note, our room included a gym setup with equipment, which was a nice and unexpected perk. One downside is the parking situation. It’s located quite a distance from the hotel, and the walk can feel uncomfortable—especially at night. If you’re traveling alone, it’s something to be aware of and plan for."

"Staff very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was great and never ran out of things. Great shuttle service to and from the ball park. "

"Breakfast was great, room was clean & nice—view was great walk to stadium was nice. — However !!! Sink in bathroom would not hold water, IPhone charging ports were broken (5) water pressure was low Over all though stay was very good "

"Location great for attending Braves game. Many shops and restaurants nearby. However, hotel parking deck was very challenging as filled with many non hotel guests. Breakfast buffet was fresh and varied. Hotel lobby and bar area was spacious and were able to watch Braves game on several TVs. "
