"The room was clean, but the hall smelled musty and looked drab. Some of the carpet on the stairs needs to be repaired. The breakfast sandwiches were good. That’s the first time I saw that on a hotel breakfast."

"Actually, after seeing our room and how dirty it was, we didn’t even stay. With the manager there to see for herself, we turned down the top sheet on the bed and found that the bottom (fitted) sheet was covered with all kinds of particles before she actually believed us that the room had not been cleaned."
