"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."

"Once arriving to our room, the AC units to the room was not working nor did the thermostat, we thought if we left the window open and raised the cool temperature it would be cold enough once we get back gambling. Sadly to our surprise, room was still hot and no AC running so demanded to speak to manager to get a room exchange. Conclusion to story, got transferred to horseshoe hotel."

"One of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in. Anytime the room fan would shut off i would wake up to slamming doors or other loud noises. Super thin walls, everything else was fine though!"

"Everything was awesome. One thing we didn't care for was that there was not at least one more elevator in the facility. Not the most convenient when you are literally at the very end of the hotel. One other concern would be if the person next to us was also on their deck, zero privacy and very little space in between the balconies. Everything else was awesome."

"Old, dated property. Room Door handle barely works. I got locked out and had to get key cards reprogrammed on day 2. Breakfast is pathetic. Water temperature in shower has large variations. Sheets were clean."

"Great stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The casino had a fun, lively atmosphere with plenty of options, and it never felt too crowded. There were also great food and drink choices on site, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely come back!"

"I haven’t stayed in a LaQuinta in years and was pleasantly surprised. Great facility good breakfast and helpful staff."
