"This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money...

"Good stay for a weekend break. Very clean and nicely done bathroom in keeping with the historic setting. The room decor could use a bit of a lift, but overall quite comfortable. If you look around the area a bit, you should be able to find free street parking. When the construction is done in the square, it will be a very nice setting for dining outside the hotel."

"Again we had the perfect time. Really feel spoilt at this wonderful Chateaux Hotel. Upgraded again to a beautiful junior suite T top of house. Perfect from start to finish. Amazing evening meal and breakfast. Looking forward to next stay."
