I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality. "

"Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation. "

"Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
