"Their check in system is a disaster. They changed my room multiple times before my time to check in. I was never able to check in to the property. They gave me a code that did not work to go into the building. They did not answer the phone and had no lobby. I had to rent another hotel and they are refusing to give me a refund. This has been the worst experience I have had in a hotel. I can not say anything about amenities or room because I was unable to goin to the building but I will not be...
