"There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host. We were told to use only the hot water or go to the kitchen. On top of that, the bathroom’s fan and heater didn’t work either. There was also no waterproofing on the...
