"Everytime i come to check in at Welcome Center its always one customer service representative friendly and one thats not friendly thistime the young man who Checked me in very friendly and made me feel very welcome the lady working with him when I spoke to her didn't acknowledge me or speak back same thing when I checked out the lady was very very friendly and thanked me for staying at Beechwoods the guy standing beside her i spoke too didn't speak back or acknowledge me. I felt like the people who didnt speak back didn't like Afro Americans "

"Of all the hotels we’ve been in the Chesapeake area, this is the only hotel that my husband approved. So, we kept on coming back here. It’s getting pricey though. Our Local church is only 15 minutes away from this hotel. Staffs are really nice and they don’t ignore you. When I come by the reception, they ask me right away if I need anything. It’s like they are happy that we are their guests. My kids like the pool table, the gym, and we can relax by the living area. A really nice hotel. I would recommend it for everyone."
