"I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is close Soekarno-Hatta International airport. The hotel is nice and the hotel staff is friendly. The room and bathroom is clean. However, I am a bit disapointed this morning with the attitude & service of the Porte restaurant staff. "

The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
