"This property was truly a disappointment to me. They rate themselves as a five star but I believe that are not any where close to that. The only real positive to this property is the view of the lake. The quality of the food on the restaurant was extremely bad. It was a Buffett and The food was also cold. Staff do not speak English so it’s a great challenge to communicate. Restaurant orders take almost 30 to 45 minutes to get a soda and a slice of cake. The restaurant staff never come to you....
