"Room was excellent. Walked a long way to the pool area, we are handicapped. Found out the hot tub did not work, very disappointing."

"Very good. Even though it's close to the highway it was very quiet; room was south facing on top floor. Room was modern and enough space; had two queen beds. Bathroom was clean and well supplied; even had double heads. Staff was also very helpful. And the rate was reasonable. Would stay there again."

"Don't stay here, both rooms were unacceptable. The reviews I read were mostly favorable so I'm now assuming they were fabricated. Non black out curtains covered the poorly installed window air conditioner-tape used on the AC window openings... & mosquitos entered thru the AC sides all night. Pills on the bed sheets-dingy & stained towels-shower curtain needs replacing-no bedside electrical out in one room and only one working light-Roku TVs w/poor internet reception-no electrical outlet in one bthrm, rusty shower curtain rod-second lock did not work in one room-bath & vanity shower fixtures were loose-room adjoining the office was being renovated so we had to set over and around a trailer, power tools, strips of wood with exposed nails, extension cords etc....to access the office. The staff tried to be accommodating & said they'd give us a better room for the second night we had booked, we left after one night. Hubby said there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Bkfst 8-10 am. Chatting w/a departing guest who said they ran out of hot water. I will be contacting Hotels.com for a refund for the second night. The required door sign on the room door said "Knight Inn", guess that explains alot?"

"The Delta Fredericton is the nicest hotel in the province. We love the Delta and stay there whenever in town. The restaurant is fantastic. The bar is fantastic and the rooms are magnificent. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thank you for the lovely day again and the next time we are in town, we will surely be back."
