"Our accommodations were not comfortable for our family. The room smelled of smoke the minute we walked in. The bed appeared clean, but the walls had marks all over them. This was NOT the usual standard for hotels that would like their guests to be comfortable."

"The room was mostly clean just not that crisp clean one wants. Vinyl flooring that was not flat. We stayed 1 night and it was cheap enough. The breakfast consisted of waffles, bread, cereal, yogurt and fruit, coffee & juice. Nice enough to get you back on the road. Staff was fine. We had no problems checking in. Plenty of parking. "

"Outside of hotel was nice and well kept. Safe area. Inside was nice as well. Room was nice and clean for the most part. Only issue that I had was the smell when I first walked in the room. The carpet needs to be shampooed or just taken up altogether. The bathroom was clean but the shower floor needs to be scrubbed hard with bleach. Other than that it was a decent stay."

"Comfort inn & suites was very clean the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Most of all the staff was awesome. I would recommend anyone especially for the price."

"Room had mold. Sheets were dirty. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t get a room change and when I spoke about a refund I was told to contact a manager that was not in office until Monday. It was Saturday… checked out early."

"It was a great stay but I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. There’s no soap in the rooms! They offer soap upon check in but you’re not aware that it isn’t already available in the room! It’s like they are offering you a complimentary gift so beware and ACCEPT the soap! Also our Keurig didn’t work but we were only there for 1 night so it was ok. Room 311 is where the Keurig doesn’t work. The casino games are different and more expensive to play than any other casino I’ve visited. The bets are higher! There was construction or upgrades going on too inside the casino and a lot of the games were gutted so the look wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Highlight! Itta Bena was amazing as usual and the live performance in BB Kings was great!!"
