""Hotel.com" collected full money in advance from me and they have not paid to the hotel and the hotel refused to give me room saying that they are not part of this "Hotel.com" and they never given their rooms for booking and they have never received any money. In spite of several emails "Hotel.com" they have not replied so far. Same thing happened with Paro Galling hotel and they also said exactly the same thing. None of the hotels have any knowledge about "Hotel.com""

"The rooms in individual cottages are fairly comfortable and spacious. There are views of the green hills to be had from abundant windows but with other cottages around, you may have to keep the curtains drawn. The bathroom had heating arrangements too. The housekeeping staff are regular with cleaning and changing towels and tea bags daily. There is free Wi-fi available only in the lobby and dining area. The buffet spread is quite good and the proprietors were rather welcoming at the dinner...

"The location in Google map is absolutely wrong. We have to drive 60 km extra for the wrong google map settings. The resort is not in Bumthang , Jakar . Its is Chumey which is 30 km back of Jakar. The actual place of visit is Jakar only. Approach for the hotel from main road is pathetic. The car got stuck in middle of the muddy road. No light on the path evem. Difficult to search the location of the hotel. Very bad."
