"The hotel building itself looks very good but the cleanliness of the rooms and professionalism of the staff needs a lot of improvement. Rooms are dark but there were flies and insects everywhere. This makes it very annoying and unhygienic. The rooms are big but the furniture has no aesthetic sense - seems like you are sitting on a work bench or in a classroom. "The room and everything was okay but there was no water. There was no water the entire night. So that was the main drawback as without water, there’s no point of having a hotel to stay. Not blaming the hotel but I think it’s their responsibility to ensure that there’s water."
