"⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. Our stay at Iberostar Waves Saïdia was far below expectations. Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend."

"J'avais réservé deux nuits dans ce gîte, séduite par les avis positifs, mais j'ai été très déçue par la propreté et l'état de la chambre. La salle de bain était très sale, avec des robinets de douche et un lavabo anciens et cassés, ainsi qu'une forte odeur d'égouts. Pire encore, j'ai découvert d'énormes cafards dans la chambre. J'ai immédiatement appelé la réception. Le réceptionniste est venu, mais le cafard avait disparu entre-temps. Je lui ai demandé s'il pouvait mettre des produits contre...

"Very good hotel with excellent entertainment disappointing though when the football was no they canceled the kids club which started late think they could have had the football inside TV and so the kids could play outside and have their club which started late "

"My stay at the hotel was good. The food was varied and tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the hotel needs more fixing in the rooms and outside. In my room, for example, there was a water leak in the toilet and the landline did not work."

"Da vi ankom til hoteler var der ikke noget vand. Vi fik besked på at de ville ordne problemet, men der gik 1 døgn før der var vand. Urent sengetøj og myrer der kravler over det hele Jeg tænkte omg. Jeg ringer og kan ikke komme i kontakt med nogen. Næste morgen kommer jeg ned og brokker mig over intet vand og urent og myrer . Da vi kommer ned til poolen er de først igang med at rengøre den kl 11.00 og helt snavset urent. Ingen parasol der står oprejst, alle er ødelagt . Stole i pool...
