Front desk was also really confused about me having prepaid on Hotels.com and held us up from leaving because of this, even though I told them at check-in time. There was a mini-fridge, at least, and the location is reasonably good"

"I wasn't able to use my booking because Hotel diaspora doesn't recognize hotels.com, therefore, my money was deducted without service and I would like a refund."
