"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

Notre chambre était très agréable, un grand lit, un matelas parfait, et, exceptionnel ici, de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain c'est rare. L'après midi , si c'est un jour de congé, la piscine n'est pas agréable, il y a beaucoup de gens de l'extérieur, mais on comprend que l'hôtel doive rentabiliser, et le matin elle est juste pour nous.
