"Uncomfortable bed, people coming and going until 3am in the morning. I booked as a stop off on a long journey and I didn’t get the comfortable rest I wanted. "

"The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
