"Great location, lovely refurbished room and really comfy bed, bar area is cosy and a good environment to chill with a cocktail, spa area looks very relaxing, although we didnt get to use it this time we will definitely be back to use it next time, everything was up to date and modern. "The hotel is located conveniently to walk to Windsor Castle and surrounding shops and diners. But it also makes it noisy at night. The hotel is a beautiful building, but needs renovating in the bathrooms and other areas of the building. More cleaning needed as well. That said, price is cheaper than other hotels in the area. "

"Decent size room, friendly staff, and very good location for getting to Southampton port, but there were a few issues. Room was clean for the most part but very dusty and a few mysterious stains on the headboard and chairs. Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Room was very hot - they provide air con but it only stays on for an hour before defaulting back to 25C meaning we had to keep setting it again in the night. The glass door to the bathroom is a bit weird - would not recommend if you are not very comfortable with person you are sharing a room with. Good amount of parking however don’t be lured into the more expensive room rate that includes parking if you stay at the weekend as parking is free then! We picked this hotel in part due to the presence of electric car charging, however all were either in use or broken so sadly we had to charge elsewhere."

"According to the hotel review, the location of the hotel is nice, and the parking is good, but the cleaning is not satisfactory. The bed sheets were not properly cleaned; there were still traces from previous use. Also, the chair had dust on it; it was not properly cleaned, and it wasn’t vacuumed."
