We stayed in the nook room and enjoyed the outdoor shower. It would have been nice to supply us with washcloths in the bathroom. "The resort wants to provide a 5 star experience but the staff seemed overwhelmed. We were supposed to get new beach towels everyday as well as the refrigerator stocked. But that did not happen. We had to call down multiple times but ended up having to go get towels and housekeeping never came to refill the fridge. However our overall stay was good. Will be back!"
