"Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!! There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

The staff were amazing and very friendly our entire request were granted. If I’m coming back to Armenia this hotel will be considered for sure. "Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located...
