"This hotel is within a hospital so unusual concept. Knowing this is helpful. Construction makes the entrance confusing. Great large room. Two sink bathroom. Minor complaint is no where to hang a towel near the shower. "

El servicio es de cinco estrellas: desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Me ofrecieron opciones para mejorar mi estancia y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que me sintiera cómodo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la Catedral, y la experiencia en general fue muy bonita. El ambiente, la atención y el detalle en el servicio realmente marcan la diferencia. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo."
