Budget Hotels in Al Sharqia

"The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Great view of the Nile. Lebanese restaurant on premises but greeting staff was rather rude and unwelcoming so we decided not to dine there. Went instead to another Lebanese restaurant a few blocks down the street in the Fairmont Hotel where the staff was very welcoming. Besides this one mishap, the staff at Sofitel was great, she was the one bad apple. The front door staff, the front desk staff and others randomly placed throughout the hotel were all wonderful. The only reason I gave a 4 rating for staff was our experience at the Lebanese restaurant."

"Fantastic! We loved our stay at the Renaissance. We felt secure and well looked after by all the staff. It’s almost an entire resort in itself with several restaurants and bars. All the food was excellent. The pool area was well attended and clean but not crowded. There was an abundance of staff on hand ready to assist and serve at all times. Our room was cleaned spotless every day beyond expectations. We will be back."

"Our stay was room only for a week, the room was spacious, all amenities available including tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a safe. Iron and hairdryer. Water bottles was left every morning when room was cleaned. There is a roof pool and seating area but unfortunately the pool was very cold to swim, not heated in May. Staff everywhere helpful and polite. Security at front of hotel and location great with great shops around "

The hotel’s location was perfect! I was just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. Mostafa was very friendly, pleasant and he consistently exceeded my expectations, making my staying seamless. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. He made sure all my needs were met, and his friendliness truly made my stay. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He was amazing , very thoughtful, providing great insights and detail. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay truly enjoyable. I couldn't be happier choosing this hotel. "Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively."
