"Zeer ruim appartement, wandeling naar stad 15 minuten op een heuvel appartement op 4de verdieping zonder lift, gevaarlijk voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Douche onhandig voor volwassen persoon zonder afscherming. Extra waarborg aangerekend bij inchecken via computer geen personeel ter plaatste aanwezig en de nodige inchekcode dan nog bovendien niet vooraf doorgestuurd. Echt niet klantvriendelijk."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food."
