"The hotel room was nicely renovated and oversized. The staff was more than accommodating including welcoming texts before arrival and during the stay. Although my room had a coffee maker, there was fresh coffee in the lobby pantry. There is a large fire pit turned on every evening and the pool and hot tub looked clean although it was too cool for me to test. Location is perfect with top restaurants across the street. Parking is limited but available. Only downside was no bar but there are many liquor stores. Stop there and bring the bottle to the firepit!"

"Perfect winter getaway! The best time to visit is January through March — the weather is absolutely perfect. We practically had the place to ourselves, which made it even more relaxing and peaceful. The hot springs were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. Highly recommend if you want a quiet escape!"

"The poolside double queen rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was fun with friendly staff who were very accommodating, including Romero who served us in our cabana, the front desk staff and lifeguards. The lazy river was clutch during a relatively chilly school vacation week in February. Our 4 grandchildren, ages 6-12 loved it, along with the pool, water slides and outdoor movies on the weekend. The outdoor seating at the Desert Pearl restaurant was pleasant for our party of 10 and there were great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a day at the nearby Living Desert Zoo. Angela, the activities assistant, was most helpful in planning our 5 day stay. Overall a really great experience. "

"What a fun place to stay! Room was big, staff very friendly and helpful. A bit of an odor in the room when we walked in—maybe a carpet clean would do the trick. I would highly recommend the Saguaro."

"Overall a great experience at an updated and outstanding location! Subtracted one star because we had a random Wasp Nest incident at our room. Opened up our balcony and a wasp flew in which led us to discover a small nest hidden in the upper tracks of the sliding door. The staff was quick to respond and take care of it, but experiencing that as soon as we arrived was a bummer. We were running late to our dinner date and had to take care of that beforehand so it kind of affected the excitement and mood. But overall a pleasant experience — dog friendly was a plus! "
