"Room was great except needs to clean room carpet or replace carpet. Pools are great, food was excellent!"

"There is only one ice machine and it runs out of ice quick however if you go to the restaurant/bar the staff will fill ice bucket. Not all of the jacuzzi jets were working and lack instructions where to turn them on. Staff is great though-willing to help. "

"Pool was dirty, staff weren’t friendly, room was dated and the plumbing smelled. We ended up leaving early. We would not recommend this resort. "

It is not easy to find that type of helpfulness and kindness in a time when people in the hospitality industry do not get paid well enough. So thank for your good service and attentiveness.
