"We had an issue with neighbors smoking and being extremely loud keeping us up at night and waking us in the am. When I called th front desk the sent someone extremely fast to fix the smoking issue since its a non smoking hotel. They were very friendly on the phone and concerned about making our stay great. After I voiced my concerns at check out they took off the cost of my room charges which I was very shocked and thankful for. A manager even followed up after. We’ve stayed here 6+ times and this was the first issue we had and they handled it amazing. Well most likely go back "

"Me and my boyfriend loved this resort. The location was perfect and we were close to downtown, Marilyn statue and more. The staff were friendly as well. They had good amenities and the resort shuttle was so convenient. We will be going back again ! "
