"Had a plumbing issue I cannot figure out how they got it. Room 133. No cold water. Cold water was too hot to comfortably shower under. Hot was scalding. With both the sink and shower. As an experiment flushed the toilet 3 times. By the 3rd flush the water in the toilet tank was hot. Used a towel to mop up the water I splashed out trying to shower and the towel came up the color of the ground outside. "

"This is an old property and needs a bit of fixing up. When we checked in and went to our room, the door was ajar. We didn’t find any evidence of anyone else in the room so we think the door did not get completely latched after it was cleaned. The door was hard to shut completely without a final tug. We requested that no one go into our room while we were away so we wouldn’t come back with the door potentially open. "
